Sub form on Asp page...edit and then read entries to update datbase

Hi

My client has an old ASP classic app they want to modify it

I have the checklist\ sub form of records displaying and user has 3 columns they update... when they hit save I want to loop through and read these values and update them to database.

Only trouble is I am unsure how to do that.... I have just used standard HTML to out put the list.... its got 3 fields dropdown, and 2 dates....

anyone done this before?
