Need Help!!

I have to code in VBScript how to compare 2 folders and add/update accordingly:

For example:

File 1 File 2
UserA UserA since user a is in both File 1 and 2, i have to update UserA's file
User C UserB User B is not in File 1 and thats fine but I have to add in User C


Can anyone help??
