classic asp to .NET

So I am involved in doing a MASSIVE conversion from classic asp with embedded SQL to ASP.NET, C# and SPROCS.
the code is massive and badly written as that is how things were done "back then" and other org business rules.
I am almost there but this last hurdle contains 3 pages (list, update and another....) which each has around 1200 lines of code.

its a cluster**** :)

in the interest of time, I am wondering if I can use the ASPX page to include C# code. OK, I KNOW you can but im wondering what the quickest way of copying the code over is and making sure that any changes made upgrading the code to C# from VBScript is not broken.

There are dynamic generated table lists and alot of unfortunate string parsing too. alot of javascript event handlers too which some of them iterate through the form, looking for a collection of a certian type of control and doing some things with them.

ive had very little sleep for a number of weeks now and I am so close to completing the conversion but this last page/hurdle is quite a big job and time is short.
I would rather have clean and better code of course but again, in the interest of time and lack of understanding the page functionality (even the developer who developed it literally 9 years ago) is difficult.

thanks for any helpful input!
